MMM 020: When Did You Last Reset YOUR Operating System?

drrinehart • Mar 14, 2022

It’s frustrating when your phone glitches, isn’t it? But when your phone/computer/tablet freezes what’s the first thing your should do? RESET/RESTART it! Or better yet… periodically restart your phone BEFORE it glitches and keep up on operating system updates as they are released.

Have you ever considered how similar your personal operating system (brain/nervous system) works? There’s one major difference but beyond that it’s pretty similar. The main difference is that you have LIFE and your phone does not. In Chiropractic philosophy we call this being vitalistic, whereas your phone is mechanistic. Your operating system (brain/nervous system) is constantly responding to your environment and learning/updating. Your phone can learn to an extent but for the most part needs to get it’s upgrades from an outside source.

But what’s the main similarity? You and your phone both need to be RESET after major changes/nerve interference occur! If left uncorrected, the interference will lead to decreased stress response, decreased quality of life, or worse.

The good news? Getting your nerve system reset with a Neurologically-based Chiropractic adjustment is about as easy as restarting your phone, and the benefits are greater:)
