As Thanksgiving approaches, many of us will take some moments to reflect on all that we are thankful for. Along with these moments of reflection, it will be easy to assume credit for some/all the things we are thankful for. Be careful and humble when you take credit as pride can be the antagonist of gratitude, thankfulness, and humility.

and a haughty spirit before a fall.
19It is better to be of a lowly spirit with the poor
than to divide the spoil with the proud. -Proverbs 16:18-19
