When value perceived outweighs the investment required, you’ll say yes!
For a decision that you want to easily say ‘yes’ to (e.g. exercising), try focusing on increasing the value you perceive (e.g. more education on the benefits of exercise), while decreasing the investment required (e.g. save time by using the X3 system in your living room).
If you can keep your internal ‘decision making scales’ favoring the value of what you’re considering, a yes takes minimal discipline.
