Meet the Principled Living Team – Family Chiropractor in New Hope, Minnesota

Dr. Samuel Rinehart

Dr. Rinehart was born in Le Sueur, Minnesota where his parents own and operate a greeting card company called It Takes Two. He began college at Bethel University as a high school senior through Minnesota’s PSEO program. Starting out as a mechanical engineer major, Dr. Rinehart soon felt the Lord calling him to the health care profession through his experience with traumatic brain injuries and depression. Living the principles of Neurologically-based chiropractic, nutrition, exercise, and the Christian faith have continued to positively impact his life in major ways. It is now the desire of Dr. Rinehart’s heart to share these principles with others in every way he can.

Since 2014, Dr. Rinehart has been training in Neurologically-based chiropractic, receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN.

In January of 2018, Dr. Rinehart incorporated Principled Living PA, and in April of 2019 Principled Living was relocated to New Hope, MN. Principled Living is based off a very successful health center model, with the intent of duplicating into an international franchise of Neurologically-based and Faith-centered health centers in the near future.

With his free time Dr. Rinehart loves spending time with his wife (Amy) and daughters (Makenna, Madelyn, and Ellorie). They enjoy being active with their church, family, and friends in addition to many outdoor activities. He especially enjoys researching principles of healthy living, mountain biking, shooting sports, hunting, racquetball, and baseball.

Teri

Teri Zahringer
Lead Receptionist & Technical Chiropractic Assistant

Teri was born in Appleton, Wisconsin and moved to Minnesota in 2011.  She has been a part of the health and wellness industry for over 20 years and originally got into health and wellness by seeing her own success, losing over 50lbs, and wanting to share that with others.

She has had a fun and exciting journey that started with working as a front desk associate and learning how to help others by becoming a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.  Part of that journey has included working on the managing side of the fitness industry by working as an assistant general manager and even owning my own gym for a short time.

When that journey came to an end she still wanted to help people with health and wellness and she is very thankful that she found Principled Living Tonal Chiropractic and Dr. Rinehart.
